MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETE TRAINING - GROUP 3

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

For younger athletes learning proper movement mechanics, building strength safely, and developing a training mindset that will carry them through high school and beyond.

College PREP GROUP SUMMER 2026

High-level training for college athletes home for the summer. Advanced strength, speed, and power development for athletes competing at the next level.

High School Summer Strength

June 1 – August 13

4 Days Per Week (Monday–Thursday)

Summer Cost: $600

No training June 29 – July 4 (Independence Day Week)

Group Times:

  • 6:00 – 7:00 AM

  • 7:15 – 8:15 AM

  • 8:30 – 9:30 AM

Middle School Strength Group

Monday / Wednesday / Thursday
9:45 – 10:45 AM

Summer Cost: $450

Focused on movement quality, foundational strength, coordination, and building confidence in the weight room.

College Summer Prep Group

June 1 - August 13

11:00 - 12:30 PM

4 Days Per Week (Monday - Thursday)

Summer Cost: $700

Designed for collegiate athletes home for the summer or those preparing to enter collegiate sports who need structured, progressive programming to stay ahead.

Note for college athletes: If you're not home for the entire summer, message me about prorated pricing.
